Using this fire pit table is a breeze. First, connect the propane tank to the fire pit (make sure the gas kit is properly installed if you've purchased it). Open the valve on the propane tank and then use the ignition source to light the fire. You can adjust the flame height to your preference. When you're done using it, turn off the propane valve and let the fire pit cool down completely before covering it with the protective cover.
Some important notes: Always use the heat - resistant barrier when placing the fire pit on a wooden deck to prevent any damage. The natural gas conversion kit is not included, so if you want to convert it to natural gas, you'll need to buy the kit separately. Also, keep the fire pit away from flammable materials.
For maintenance, clean the fire pit regularly. Wipe down the surface with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Check the lava rocks and glass fire beads periodically and replace them if they're damaged. Make sure to store the fire pit in a dry place during the off - season, and use the propane tank cover to protect the tank from the elements.
